Dr. David Scott Williams

Dr. David Scott Williams, D.D.S. ("D. Scott" or "Dr. Scotty"), born November 16, 1950, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, passed away unexpectedly on January 13, 2025, in Bonita Springs, Florida at the age of 74.
Scott was the beloved husband of Suzanne (Sue) R. Williams and a devoted father to Steven T. Williams (Megan), Keelyn A. Zurfluh (Mark), Molly B. Isermann (Greg), and Michael J. Williams (Kelly). He was also a cherished grandfather ("G") to ten grandchildren: Raya (14), John (12), Reese (8); Elin (11), Edward (9); Maddy (7), Myles (5); Charlie (9), Michael (7), and Zoey (4). Scott is survived by his sisters Cindy, Wendy, Beth and Kelty. He was preceded in death by his parents, Dr. Delore Williams and Rose Marie Williams, and his in-laws, Edward and Julia Bielewicz.
A respected family dentist and orthodontist in New Berlin, Wisconsin, Dr. Scott dedicated his career to improving smiles ("A Smile Specialist") from 1980 until his retirement in 2015. Beyond his professional life, he was a man of many passions. He was an accomplished musician and composer who found joy in creating music. He loved pickleball, golfing, boating, fishing, beautiful sunsets and spending time with friends and family. Scott, a true connoisseur of boxed wine and beer, was always ready to make any social gathering unforgettable. Known affectionately as the "Grandkids Camp Counselor," he found joy in creating memories with his family.
Scotty split his time between Pewaukee, Wisconsin, and Bonita Springs, Florida, embracing the best of both communities with vibrance and humor. Scott's legacy of love and laughter will live on through those who knew him best. May his memory bring comfort to all who were fortunate enough to share in his remarkable life.
A visitation will be held at St. Charles Catholic Church, 313 Circle Drive, Hartland, Wisconsin, on January 31, 2025, from 12:30 PM until time of mass at 1:30 PM.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Breakthrough T1D Wisconsin in honor of his grandson, Charlie.
