David Stephen Williams, 84, of Oak Hill passed away on Friday, February 20, 2026 at CAMC Memorial Hospital in Charleston.
Graveside rites with burial to follow will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, February 23, 2026 at Gethsemane Memorial Gardens in Oak Hill with multiple family members speaking.
