Dawn Loran Obituary

Dawn was born on August 26, 1961 in Hogansburg, the daughter of the late Bernard and Verna (Peters) Loran. She attended Salmon River Central School and later Monroe Community College.
Dawn worked at Wades Supermarket in Victor, NY as a Manager for 15 years and was currently employed at 37 West as a Bookkeeper. She enjoyed sewing, crafting, traveling and going out on the boat with her family. Most of all, Dawn cherished the time she spent with her family.
Dawn is survived by her children, Charles (Jaime) Herne of Massena, Brianne Lazore of Rooseveltown and Aynsley Loran Pragle of Massena; three grandchildren, Easton Herne, Charleigh Herne and Myan Loran; a companion, Eddy Herne of Akwesasne; a sister, Francine Chubb of Akwesasne; three brothers, Bernard Loran Jr., Aaron "Ace" (Karen) Loran and Michael Loran and companion April Thompson, all of Akwesasne; Many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was predeceased by two sisters, Lois Ann Benedict and Lisa Jacobs; a brother in infancy, Tracey Loran.
Friends and family are invited to call on Monday, July 22, 2024 from 12:00 pm until time of service 5:00 pm at the Donaldson Funeral Home in Massena.
