Dawn was born on April 26, 1972, in Hagerstown, MD to Norma Jean (Hopp) Thomas of Frederick, MD and the late Ronald Wayne Davis.
She attended North Hagerstown High School and was previously employed by Rust-Oleum as a supervisor.
Dawn enjoyed going to craft shows, fishing, shopping, and checking out new food trucks with her daughter Katlyn. She also enjoyed spending time with her Granddog.
Dawn is survived by her husband of 29 years Harry E. Osborne of Williamsport, MD; daughter Katlyn Ashley Osborne of Hagerstown, MD; son Dustin Allen Gordon of Hagerstown, MD; mother-in-law Jane Osborne of Hagerstown, MD; 3 grandchildren: Brayden, Maddox, and Hailee.
The family will receive friends at the Osborne Funeral Home, P.A. 425 S. Conococheague St. Williamsport, MD on Thursday, October 3, 2024, from 6:00-8:00 pm. The funeral home will be open starting at 1:00pm on Thursday for the convenience of family and friends.
Services and burial will be private.
