Dawn Marie Preston

Dawn Marie Frey-Preston went home to be with the Lord on October 11, 2024. She was preceded in death by her mother, Betty L. Martin (Parrish) and father, Richard L. Frey Sr., sisters, Sharon Van Alst, and Bridgette Frey; and nieces, Betty Frey and Falon Sterling. She leaves behind brothers, William Van Alst, Richard Frey Jr., John (Sally) Frey Sr., Keith and Kevin Sterling; and sisters, Terri (James) Huffman and Glenna (Will) Gooddale; nieces, Nikol Frey-McCann, Victoria Huffman, Crystal Frey, Rebel Frey, Neena Sterling, Destiny Sterling, Stephanie Sterling, Jessica Frey, Kristy Ridenour, and Johnena Frey; nephews, Kenneth J.R. (Donna) Frey, Ronald Frey, John Frey Jr., Keith Sterling, Kenneth AL Frey, Paul Honas, Anthony Turk, Shaun Frey, Richard Frey III, James Huffman III, Raymond Gooddale, and many other great nieces and nephews. Also, we must mention her puppy, Little Girl who was with her til the end.
Special thanks to everyone that helped with moving Dawn's belongings, namely Terri Huffman, Ken (Al) Frey, Nikol Frey-McCann, and JR Frey, nephew Dylan McCann, and nieces, Kylee Frey and Madison McCann.
Visitation will be held at Freck Funeral Chapel 1155 S. Wynn Rd. Oregon, OH 43616 on Monday, October 21st, 2024 from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM where services will follow at 12:00 PM. Burial will take place at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park. Memorial contributions can be made to Freck Funeral Chapel (419) 693-9304.
