Dean Austin Bowman

Dean was born on March 24, 1934 and passed away on Tuesday, November 5, 2019. Dean was a 1952 graduate of Somerset High School, a 1956 graduate of California State, received his M.ed from IUP in 1965 and graduated from Duquesne Law in 1970. He was a US Army Veteran of the Korean era, and later served in the PA National Guard. Friends received 2-5 pm. Sunday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Somerset, a service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Francis in the Fields Episcopal Church, Somerset with the Reverend William Carpenter officiating. Interment Somerset County Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to St. Francis in the Fields Church 2081 Husband Rd. Somerset, PA 15501.
