CLINTON: Dean B. Lacoff, 69, of Clinton, formerly of Leominster, Arcadia California and Brooklyn, New York died unexpectedly Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at University of Massachusetts – Memorial Hospital, Worcester.

Dean was born in Brooklyn, New York, October 20, 1956 the son of the late Leon and Duene (Byrd) Lacoff and has resided in Clinton for the past 16 years.

Dean grew up in Brooklyn, NY and was a graduate of James Madison High School before continuing his education at Hudson Valley Community College.

Dean spent most of his career in restaurant management positions (Panera, Unos and 110 Grill) and for ten years owned and operated 7 Main Street in Shirley with his wife.

He enjoyed traveling, cooking, and grilling, spending time at the beach and being a great cat dad. He was an avid fan of the New England Patriots and the New York Yankees. He also loved watching horse racing and once owned a racehorse with a group of friends. Dean was a champion for the underdog, standing up for people who needed a voice. He cared about his community and followed current events closely.

He leaves his wife of 38 years, Ann Marie Pauley; two sisters, Karen Gulli and her husband, Tony of Long Island, NY, Susan Lacoff – Roberts and her husband, Craig, of San Dimas, CA as well as longtime family friend, Shantel Cuff of Grafton. Additionally Dean leaves his step mother Naomi Lacoff-Newman and step-brother Larry Lacoff both of Florida.

A service celebrating Dean's life will be held at 1 PM Friday, November 21, 2025 at the Anderson Funeral Home, 25 Fitchburg Road (Rte. 2A) Ayer. www.andersonfuneral.com

Dean's family will receive relatives and friends at a visitation period on Friday, November 21st from 12 noon until the time of the service,
