Deana Park, of Turlock, went home to heaven on April 14, 2025. She was 86 years old. She was born in Turlock to Harold and Myrl Woodbridge. She married Robert L. Park, from Mississippi. Robert was in the military so they moved various places while raising their daughters, Pam and Debbie. They moved back to Turlock in 1971. She worked at Emanuel Medical Center as an admitting supervisor for over 30 years. After retiring, she did volunteer work at Emanuel and Covenant Care Hospice.
Deana was a Christian and her whole life revolved around her faith. She played the piano at church throughout her life, as well as serving in other areas. She was very compassionate, and therefore people felt they could always talk to her. Her smile was contagious. She loved her family with all her heart and made it a priority to have Sunday family lunches, yearly Pismo trips, and special holiday get togethers. She loved to cook and bake. She would make meals and cookies to take to family and friends that were going through difficult times. She also loved to sew.
Deana is survived by her two daughters and their husbands, 4 grandchildren and their spouses, and 9 great grandchildren – all of whom will miss her very much!
A visitation will be held at Allen Mortuary on Friday, April 25 from 5-7 p.m.
A celebration of life will be held at Berkeley Avenue Baptist Church in Turlock on Saturday, April 26 starting at 10:00 a.m.
A private interment will be held at Lakewood Memorial Park.

Deana was one of my favorite people during childhood when we attended Berkeley Ave Baptist church. Memories of sitting next to her during worship while she played the piano are some of my earliest and fondest memories.
She was a beautiful person inside and out. Prayer to the family.

We are so sorry for the loss of Aunt Deana. Although we didn`t get to see her often she always left a lasting impression with her kindness and sweet disposition. She never lost the touch of writing beautiful letters to us at Christmas time. My daughter lost her dad as a young teen and her grandmother (Deanna`s older sister Donna) at an even younger age. Deanna´s beautiful letters were always a sweet gesture to us and although we hardly knew her, always made us feel like family. She will surely be missed. Heaven surely has another beautiful angel. Deana and I work together at Emanuel Hospital for many many years. She was always thoughtful and polite. Her love of God was always upfront and personal. My close relationship really began with her when she was at Berkeley Avenue Baptist. We would talk on the phone. And talk before church services. Our personal conversations were deep and in depth about the Lord. She will be missed very very much. I truly feel a grave loss. But heaven is better with her being in it.
