Deanna Marie Savidge

MILLERSBURG - Deanna M. Savidge, age 83, of Millersburg, PA passed away Saturday, August 16, 2025, at the Carolyn's House, Linglestown, after a courageous and hard fought battle with cancer.
She was born on September 7, 1941 in Lenkerville the daughter of the late William H. Bordner and Marie W. (Bowers) Adams.
Deanna was a 1959 graduate of Millersburg High School, and retired from Lenterville School where she served as secretary. She also worked at Nelson's part-time and did bookkeeping for Koppy's Store in Lenkerville, worked at Seal Glove and was a secretary for Brubaker Tool and John Handcock.
Deanna is survived by her two sons David R. Savidge and Douglas A. (Debra) Savidge both of Millersburg, one grandson Zachary D. Savidge of Millersburg and one step-grandson Jacob M. Haddock of Louisburg, NC. She is also survived by a brother Ronald W. (Joan) Bordner of Millersburg as well as nieces and a nephew.
She was preceded in death by her husband Roger E. Savidge, and a step-father Arthur W. Adams.
She was a member of Grace United Methodist church where she was a greeter and helped serve for funerals. She also attended the women's home bible studies.
Deanna enjoyed watching the birds feeding at the feeders, gardening, reading, camping, traveling, playing cards, and spending time with her family. She was a member of the Millersburg Senior Center. She will be deeply missed by her family.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, August 23, 2025 at Grace United Methodist Church from 10:00 AM-11:00 AM. Services will begin at 11:00 AM, with The Rev. Alan Atchison officiating. Deanna will be laid to rest at Oak Hill Cemetery.
