Debbie was a resident of the Dustin area most all of her life. She and Howard Bernard Bliss, Jr. were married November 14, 2010 in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. Debbie worked in the health care field and enjoyed fishing, camping, working with crafts and taking care of her flower beds.
She is survive by her husband, Howard of the home; four sons, Jamie Baker of Okmulgee, Allen Baker of Okmulgee, Josh Dale Upton of Lawton and Damon Upton of Okmulgee; one brother, Jimbo Baker of Preston; one sister, Barbara Smith of Dustin and numerous grandchildren.
All arrangements were handled by Parks Brothers Funeral Home, Wetumka, Oklahoma.
