Debra Joyce Clark, 69, of Fort Oglethorpe went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, October 18, 2025. She was born on December 12, 1955 in Chattanooga, Tennessee to the late Russell and Gertrude Crowder. Debbie had been a life-long resident of the North Georgia area and was of the Baptist faith. She loved her family, her cats and had a "big heart".

She was preceded in death by her brother, Daniel Lee Crowder; sister, Brenda Gail Kelly; and grandchildren, Timothy Ryan McNeese and Hunter Andrew Wills.

Survivors include her son, Rickey Grant Daniels, Jr. (Nita) and Timothy McNeese (Jennifer); daughter, Shirley Wills; brother, Russell Lee Crowder, III; sisters, Doris Ann Crowder and Rhonda Gay Crowder; grandchildren, Rickey Grant Daniels, III, Dakota Allen Daniels and Emma McNeese; and great-granddaughter, Josie Rose Daniels.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to any local Animal Shelter.

Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Friday in the funeral home chapel with Pastor David Winton officiating. Interment will follow at Lakewood Memory Gardens, South.

The family will receive friends 5-8 PM Thursday at Heritage Funeral Home & Crematory, Battlefield Parkway.
