Debbie Phann was born on October 7, 1954, in Mt. Juliet, TN and passed away at Signature Health Care Center in Algood, TN on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at the age of 71.
Debbie was the daughter of George (Buck) Winchester Holland and Mary Adele Clark Hawkins. She was of Church of Christ faith. She loved her grandchildren with all her heart. They lovingly called her "Nana". Debbie was always one you could depend on. She helped anyone in need and was active in the community.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and brother, Tommy Holland.
Debbie is survived by her husband: Anthony Phann of Gainesboro, TN; sons: Jody (Samantha) Bowman of Lebanon, TN, Jeff (Beth) Bowman of Lebanon, TN; brothers: Jim Pulley of Nashville, TN and Scott Holland of TN ; sister: Dowelene Pharris of Morristown, TN; grandchildren: Brianna Bowman of Lebanon, TN, Brett Bowman of Lebanon, TN, Ty Bowman of Lebanon, TN, Dylan Bowman of Lebanon, TN; great grandchildren: Adilynn Bowman of Lebanon, TN, Tyson Burns of Lebanon, TN, Emersyn Bowman of Lebanon, TN; and her furbabies: Champ and Ramp.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 5, 2025, from 4 pm until 7 pm at Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home. Visitation will continue on Saturday, December 6, 2025, from 10 am until time of services at 1 pm.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 6, 2025, at 1:00 pm in the chapel of Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home with Bro. Jimmy Anderson officiating. Burial will follow in Peek Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial donations be made in her honor to Peek Cemetery by contacting the business office of the funeral home.
