Debby was born May 20, 1959 in Warren, OH to the late Howard and Emma (DeVault) Frazee.
Debby formerly worked as a custodian at Mohawk Elementary School. She enjoyed many hobbies such as cross-stitching and tending her flower garden. Most of all she enjoyed time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory, daughters, Bambi Condell and Marlene Cascavilla (Brad); son, Larry McAllister (Constance); sisters, Fran Soroka and Sandy Moretti; nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
In addition to her parents, Debby was preceded in death by her brother John Frazee and infant grandson, Lukas McAllister.
In honoring her wishes, all services were private. Arrangements cared for by Ed & Don DeCarbo Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. 941 S. Mill St.
