Margaret A. Baker, 71, of New Castle, passed away on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at her home.
Born in Buckhannon, W.V. On October 13, 1953, Margaret was the daughter of the late John J. Gulish and the late Helen Ware.
Margaret was a Supervisor for DiMuccio Property Management. She was also a certified citizen of the Tsalagiyi Nvdagi Nation, an indigenous tribe of the American Southwest.
She is survived by her husband of forty-four years, Daniel Baker of Pulaski, PA, children, Michael Mason, Mark Mason, Christina Allen (Charles), Danielle Baker, Mary Baker, and Jonelle Baker; her siblings, William Laux and Maryann Gilkerson (Jim); 17 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews and dear friends. Margaret will be dearly missed by all those who love her.
In addition to her parents, Margaret was preceded in death by two children, Lee Running and Daniel Mason, her brother, Bernard "Bernie" Laux and her grandson, Mark "Markie" Mason.
The family would like to invite everyone to a Celebration of Life at the Cedar Crest Apartments Community Building, 210 N. Cedar Street, New Castle, on Sunday August 24, 2025 from 3 - 7 p.m.
