Debora Marie "Debbie" Agan

Ms. Debora Marie "Debbie" Agan, age 70, of Aragon, GA, received her Heavenly healing on Tuesday, December 2, 2025.
Debbie was born in Rome, GA, on July 14, 1955, daughter of the late Edwin Billy Agan and the late Betty Marie Cleveland. She was also preceded in death by 2 brothers, Edwin Phil Agan and Don Anthony Agan. Debbie graduated from Pepperell High School. She worked at the Rome News-Tribune and Walmart for many years before her health forced her to retire. Affectionately known as "Deb Dear" and "Baydee" to her family, Debbie loved her family above all else. She was the best sister-in-law, aunt, and great aunt a family could ask for. Debbie loved photography and was "the family photographer", often sharing photos on social media the family asked her not to. She was an animal lover, especially her basset hounds, and would feed any neighborhood animal that made its way to her door. She adored her friend group and spent as much time with them as she possibly could. Debbie was a faithful, lifelong member of Flint Hill Baptist Church and is now rejoicing in the presence of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, for eternity.
Survivors include her niece and nephew, Jenna Agan Wilson (Michael), and Jason Agan (Kelli), both of Rome; her sister-in-law, Dondra Spears Agan, 6 great nieces and nephews, Trace, Charlie Ray, Peyton, Everlee, Maitlan, and Liam; numerous cousins and friends whom she loved dearly.
Funeral services will be held at 2pm on Saturday, December 13, 2025, at Flint Hill Baptist Church with the Rev. Don Spears officiating, eulogy given by her niece, Jenna, and music provided by her nephew, Jason. Interment will follow in the Flint Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, December 13, 2025, from 12pm until the service time at Flint Hill Baptist Church.
The family requests attendees wear jeans and a t-shirt, casual and comfortable just as Debbie would have wanted.
Pallbearers are to assemble by 1:30pm on Saturday at Flint Hill Baptist Church and include: Jason Agan, Michael Wilson, Trace Pitts, Charlie Ray Wilson, Maitlan Wilson, Nick Lentz, Noah Lentz, Alex Bishop, Scott Cleveland, David Roesche, Danny Brumbelow, and Tim Stansell.
