Debora was born on April 4, 1959, in Jamestown, Tennessee, the daughter of Stirgil Brannon and Thelma (Voiles) Webb.
Debora is survived by her long-time companion, Bobby Spears; brothers, Paul D. (Theresa) Hicks and Troy W. (Vicki) Hicks; sisters, Louise (Chuck) Williams, Judy Delk, and Zona (Johnnie) Robbins; nieces and nephews, Molly Carver, Paul L. Hicks, Troy L. Hicks, Amanda Holmquist, Tina Heden, Kenny Crocket, Gary Hunt, Lisa Lis, Jeff Hicks, Bruce Winningham, rose Boles, Ed Moore, Artie Duggan, Ruth Delk, Steven Delk, Johnnie Robbins, and Tracy Faley; stepdaughters, Leslie Ward, Brandy Spears, Anna Spratt-Hart, Libby Spratt-Brown, and Misty Spratt.
Debora was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Lina Hunt and Leeta Hicks; brother, James Brannon; nephews, William Brannon and Tim Delk.
There are no public services being planned and Debora will be cremated.
