Debora Varnado Obituary
Debora “Debbie” Blakely Varnado, age 58, of Saucier, passed away on Saturday, January 11, 2025 unexpectedly at home.
Debbie was born on October 4, 1966 in New Orleans, LA. She graduated class of ’84 from Moss Point High School. She worked as a dealer at the Grand Casino from 1993 until 2005. After Katrina, Debbie worked for the IP Casino Resort and Spa from 2005 until her death, most recently as a Baccarat dealer.
Debbie enjoyed cooking, being with her pets and watching her Saints play.
Debbie was preceded in death by her father, Daniel Blakely.
Survivors include her daughter, Callison Watters (Robert); grandson, Blake; mother, Marinka; sister, Orene; and step-mother, Bonnie.
A private memorial for family members was held in lieu of a service. Debbie has been cremated and her ashes are with her family.
Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, 15th Street, Gulfport is honored to serve the Varnado family.
