Deborah Kay "Debbie" Blair

Deborah Kay "Debbie" (Harsh) Blair, 59, of Williamsport, Maryland, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loved ones. Born August 15, 1966, in Hagerstown, Maryland to Ruth Frances (Norris) Lawrence and the late George Franklin Hamilton Harsh. Debbie lived a life full of love, laughter, and devotion to her family. She was the beloved wife of Brian Ray Blair Sr. of Williamsport, Maryland, and loving mother to Robert McCartney Jr., Tasha Blair and her fiancé, Alex Sotomayor, and Brian Blair Jr. and his wife, Katlin Blair. She was a proud grandmother to Angel McCartney, Robert McCartney III, Zachary Tyler, Sophia McCartney, Caleigh Sotomayor, Madison Blair, Aubrey Blair, Bryce Sotomayor, Logan Blair, and Owen Sotomayor, who brought her immense joy and pride throughout her life. Deborah is also survived by her loving mother, Ruth Frances (Norris) Lawrence, and her husband, Robert Lawrence Sr.; her sister, Anna Daniels and her husband, Phil Daniels; and her aunt, Ginger Spessard of Boonsboro, Maryland, whose love and support have always meant so much to us. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Debbie worked many years as a server at Red Lobster, where she was known for her warmth and kindness. Her greatest joy was spending time with and taking care of her family, and she also cherished her four beloved dogs. She enjoyed going to the beach, gardening, and cooking. Debbie was baptized at Rehoboth United Methodist Church. She will be remembered for her loving heart, generosity, and the joy she brought to everyone around her.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents Ruth Virginia and Samuel McKinstry Norris and her paternal grandparents George Luther and Violet Elaine Harsh. Funeral services will be held at the Osborne Funeral Home, P.A. 425 S. Conococheague St. Williamsport, MD on Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at 11:00 am with Pastor Chris Bishop officiating. The family will greet friends 1 hour prior to the service on Tuesday from 10:00 – 11:00 am.
