Deborah Clark Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Heritage Funeral & Cremation Service on Dec. 12, 2025.
The world will be a little quieter and a lot less bright without Deborah. She had a way of making ordinary moments feel special and of making everyone around her feel seen and valued. She always thought of others and did everything she could to make them feel important.

Deborah Rita Clark was born on January 11, 1962, in New Bedford, MA. She passed away in Palm Coast, FL, surrounded by her family. Some knew her as Deborah, others as Debbie, but to all who loved her she was the heart of the home: a devoted wife, sister, mother, daughter, and friend.

She brought warmth and light to every room she entered. Talented and determined in everything she tried, Deborah was an athlete, a homemaker, and someone whose laugh was contagious. People were drawn to her luminous personality and to the safe, welcoming presence she created.

She loved a glass of wine by the pool, a day of shopping, and being close to the people she loved most. More than her hobbies, she showed her love through small gestures-listening closely, offering encouragement, remembering details, and making time when it mattered.

To me, she was my best friend, my rock, and my greatest supporter. My parents adopted me the day I was born, and from that moment Deborah gave everything she had to ensure I had the best care, education, and guidance, always with patience and steady love.

My father, Doug, has lost his soulmate and best friend-three days shy of forty-two years of marriage. Their relationship was a rare example of unconditional, consistent love and partnership.

Deborah's legacy lives in the kindness she taught us, the way she made people feel important, and the countless small gestures that made each of us feel cherished. We will honor her by remembering her laugh, her warmth, and the love she shared so freely.

Earlier today

We were so sorry to hear of Debbie´s passing. I have fond memories of bowling league and events with the kids in Cumming. Such good times. Her laughter and her kind heart will always be remembered. Praying the Lord will bring comfort to your family through this sad time. Susan (and Erick) Wilkins
