Deborah Kay Dunbar

Our dear mother Deborah Dunbar (Debbie) sadly passed away on 11/22/2023, at the age of 71. She was a wonderful mother who was always there when we needed her. She also had many friends and was well-loved by everyone who met or knew her. Preceding Debbie in death were both of her parents; Ruth Barber, Dwayne Barber, and significant other Ken Bettge. Surviving Debbie are her children Mike Harrold of Huntsville, Alabama, Issac Harrold and wife Bailey Harrold of Henderson, Tennessee, Jesse Dunbar and wife Terrie Dunbar of Oklahoma City and Rachel Dunbar of Guthrie, OK. Debbie was the grandmother to 9 beautiful grandchildren and 1 great grandson. Debbie has 4 sisters that she loved dearly, Cindy, Becky, Karen and Marky. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, whom she held dear to her heart. Debbie was passionate about her children and grandchildren, and when she wasn't filling her home with warmth and kindness, she could be found in her yard, gardening. We will miss her greatly.
There will be a celebration of life on December 10, 2023 at 1:00pm at the Guthrie VFW (Veterans of Foreign Wars), 5223 S. Division, Guthrie, OK 73044. The family requests that all flowers and notes are sent to Guthrie VFW.
