Deborah Lynn Forsythe, 69, of Hagerstown, passed away Thursday, February 17, 2022 surrounded by loving family, at her home.
Born on July 12, 1952 in Hagerstown, she was the daughter of the late Geraldine Viola (Ebersole) and Kenneth William Weller.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by numerous aunts and uncles.
Deborah graduated from North Hagerstown High School, class of 1970.
Deborah was a member of the Auto Racing Club of Hagerstown. She worked at Hagerstown Speedway for several years. She worked in the lunch room of Maugansville Elementary School and was a homemaker.
Deborah's true enjoyment was spending time with her friends and family.
She is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, Donald Clayton Forsythe; Two Daughters, Dawn Cook and husband John of Hagerstown and Denise Forsythe (Eric) of Chambersburg; Sister, Brenda Weller (Jack) of Clear Spring; Grandchildren, Ryan, Hunter and Emily; several nieces, nephews and cousins, and her loving cats.
A celebration of life will be held at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of Washington County, 11370 Caring Pathway Lane, Hagerstown, MD 21742.
The family would like to thank the caregivers from Hospice for all of their great care.
