Autryville
Mrs. Henrietta Fann Forsythe, 75, of Autryville, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, August 24, 2025 at UNC Rex Hospital in Raleigh surrounded by her family.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, August 29, 2025 at Zoar Pentecostal Free Will Baptist Church with Reverend Kelvin Blackman officiating. The burial will follow at Beulah Methodist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 PM on Thursday, August 28, 2025 at Butler Funeral Home in Roseboro.
Mrs. Forsythe was a native of Sampson County, the daughter of Henry Glidwell Fann and Helen Rose Howard Fann. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Clyde Edward Forsythe; two brothers, Billy Fann and Jimmy Fann; a sister, Vicki McPhail; and a brother-in-law, Gary Tyndall.
She is survived by two daughters, Tammy Phillips and husband Jimmy of Autryville, and Sherrie Price and husband Johnny of Autryville; three step children, Christopher Forsythe and wife Elina of Blounts Creek, NC, Marsha Honeycutt and husband Keith of Lakeland, Florida, and Craig Forsythe and wife Tammy of Raleigh; four grandchildren, Abby Phillips, Emma Phillips, Michael Hubbard (Melissa), and Scott Hubbard (Brandy Stobb); two great grandchildren, Jax Hubbard and Brynnley Hubbard; three step grandchildren; three sisters, Annette Danks (Lyle), Carrie Holland (Gerald), and Lisa Tyndall; and a brother, Danny Fann (Sue).
