Deborah Ice Obituary
She was born on November 16, 1948, in East Liverpool, the daughter of the late Robert and Thelma Fickle McLain.
Deborah was a graduate of East Liverpool High School and later retired from Pennsylvania Cyber Charter School. She was an active member of the Church of Christ in East Liverpool and the Red Hat Society. Known for her quick wit and intelligence, she loved shopping, but her greatest joy came from spending time with her grandchildren. Deborah is survived by her sons, Dennis Bowers (Karla) and Douglas Bowers; her daughter, Amy Bowers; her grandchildren, Amber Barnes (Chris), Christopher Bowers (Brooke), Doug Bowers (Patti), Rachel Hess, and Katie Caldern-Rumpel; as well as several great-grandchildren and her sister, Diane Ludwig. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Jerry Ice; her grandson, Luke Bowers; her step-son, Stephen Ice; and her brother, Bobby Fickle.
No services are planned at this time. She is in the care of the Arner Funeral Chapel.
