Deborah "Debbie" Ashe Jackson, born on November 12, 1955, passed away peacefully at her home on October 22, 2025, at the age of 69. Debbie was a beloved wife, devoted homemaker, and cherished member of her community.

A graduate of Brevard High School and Brevard College, Debbie was a lifelong learner who carried her education into a fulfilling career at Dupont, from which she retired after many years of dedicated service. Her commitment to her work was matched only by her devotion to her family and her faith.

Debbie was a woman of faith, attending services and participating in the Baptist community throughout her life. Her warmth and kindness were evident to all who knew her, and her home was always a place of comfort and hospitality. She had a lifelong love for animals and shared her home with many cherished four-legged companions over the years.

She was preceded in death by her loving parents, Spurgeon Ashe and Virginia Craft Ashe. Debbie is survived by her devoted husband of 45 years, Charles Howell Jackson, who stood by her side through life's many joys and challenges.

In accordance with her wishes, no formal services will be held. Debbie's memory will be cherished by all who knew her, and her legacy of love and kindness will continue to inspire those she leaves behind.

Memorial donations in Debbie's memory may be made to the Good Samaritan's Purse.
