Born on May 10, 1959, in Delaware, Ohio, to Robert Fetty and Elizabeth Fendrich, Debbie spent much of her youth in Aurora, Colorado, before moving to Trenton, Nebraska, in 1977. She was widely known for her quick wit and amazing sense of humor. Debbie had a lifelong passion for music and a deep love for animals, especially horses. Above all, she was defined by the unconditional love she gave to her family, friends, and her many beloved pets.
Debbie is survived by her husband, Rex Kerchal of Wauneta; her children, Kevin Wagner of Culbertson, Candice Bird of Seward, and Justin Wagner of Kearney; and her first husband, Michael Wagner of Culbertson. Her legacy lives on through her eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
