Deborah Krenek Obituary
Deborah is a lifelong resident of Texas City and recently retired from UTMB. Some of her favorite pastimes were having family gatherings at home, playing bunko and watching her granddaughter, Avery, play softball.
Deborah is preceded in death by her father Morris E. Galloway. She is survived by her husband of 18 years, Ronald Krenek; mother Virginia Galloway; four sons: Jeptha Hines and wife Maria, Derek Krenek and wife Deanna, Ryan Krenek and wife Angelica, and Dustin Hines and wife Victoria; brother Allen Ray Galloway and wife Angie; five grandchildren: William, Avery, Madison, Taylor and Zeta and a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A visitation will be held on Friday, February 20, 2026 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm and a funeral service at 10:00am on Saturday, February 21, 2026 at the James Crowder Funeral Home in La Marque. Interment will follow at Galveston Memorial Park Cemetery. Officiating the services will be Pastor Kevin Wiltshire.
Pallbearers will be Jeptha Hines, Derek Krenek, Ryan Krenek, Dustin Hines, Ray Herod, and Zach Ridenour. Honorary pallbearer is Daniel Overstreet.
