Virginia Beach - Deborah Sue (Lowe) Logan, born on August 30, 1957, in Marion, Indiana, passed away peacefully on November 24, 2025, in Virginia Beach, VA, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and perhaps a few too many adopted pets.
Debbie graduated from Madison Grant High School in Fairmount Indiana and retired from Stihl Inc. after 17 years of service in 2007. In her most recent career as the CEO of her own household, she excelled at managing chaos, organizing family gatherings, and ensuring everyone felt at home. Her love for people and animals was legendary; if you knew a friend or a pet in need of a home, Debbie was the person to call. Her heart and her door were always open.
Debbie loved people fiercely, especially her family, whom she adored beyond words. She took on the role of a second mother to the neighborhood kids, proving that her capacity for love knew no bounds. Generous to a fault, she was always ready to give the shirt off her back-and maybe a piece of her mind if needed.
Preceded in death by her parents, Alfred and Sarah Katherine Lowe, her brother Clifford Lowe, sister Marjorie Fugate, and sister Iva Stevens. Debbie is survived by her sister Lolita Freeman and her beloved children, Christian Logan (Holly), Jared Baker (Annie), Kenneth "Vern" Baker III (Carrie), Samantha "Alliey" Weimer (Jeff), and Betsy Walker (Aaron), as well as her cherished grandchildren Kaden, Charlotte, Emery, Ashby, Kenley and Penny, as well as a host of other family members and friends who will miss her dearly.
A celebration of life will be announced at a later time. Cremation & Funeral Services of Tidewater is helping her family during this challenging time. Please share memories and express condolences at CandFServices.com.
