Deborah "Debbie" Riddle

Frankfort – Deborah Lee Perry Riddle, age 62, passed away on Saturday, February 21, 2026. Services will be held at Harrod Brothers Funeral Home on Thursday, February 26, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Dylan Quinn officiating. Burial will follow at Stamping Ground Masonic Cemetery. Visitation will be at Harrod Brothers Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Ms. Riddle was born in Georgetown, Kentucky on September 21, 1963, to the late Harold Lee Perry and Dorothy Mae Robinson Perry. She retired from the Kentucky Department of Human Resources. Ms. Riddle was a member of Graefenburg Baptist Church.

She is survived by her son, Dylan Quinn (Amy); daughters, Jessica Wiser (Patrick) and Katie Lee (Richard); sisters, Judy Smith and Susan Perry; brothers, Doug Perry (Teresa) and Carl Perry; significant other, Jerry Catlett; and by eight grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.

Serving as pallbearers will be Matthew Smith, Josh Smith, Corey Lee, Jackson Wiser, Michael Cauley, and Conner Lee. Honorary pallbearers will be Gavin Wiser, Lucy Quinn, Kempton Quinn, and Archie Quinn.

Arrangements are under the direction of Harrod Brothers Funeral Home & Crematory.
