Deborah "Vicky" Sepulvado Obituary
A Funeral service celebrating the life of Deborah “Vicky” Ryals Sepulvado, 68, will be held at 1:00 p.m., Monday, November 10, 2025, at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 943 Polk Street, Mansfield, Louisiana, with Bro. Jimmy Price officiating. Interment will follow at Wallace Cemetery in Pelican, Louisiana. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until service time, Monday, November 10, 2025, at Rose-Neath Funeral Home.
Vicky was born on May 14, 1957, in Converse, Louisiana to Robert Jackson Ryals and Tressie Victoria Ryals and passed away November 5, 2025, in Shreveport, Louisiana.
Vicky was preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Tressie Ryals; husband, Richard “Pete” Sepulvado; daughter, Cindy D. Ryals; daughter-in-law, Alicia D. Woodward; sisters, Bonnie Lowring and Juanita Dubois.
Left to cherish her memory are her son, Randall Woodward; daughter, Frances Morrison (Justin); brothers, David Ryals (Dawn), Jackie Ryals, Kenneth Ryals (Gail), and Doug Ryals (Johnette); grandchildren, Aubrey Woodward, Carson Lewis, Sawyer Woodward, Jaydin W. Morrison, and Jaylyn W. Morrison along with a host of nieces and nephews.
Honoring Deborah as pallbearers will be Doug Ryals, Kenneth Ryals, Jack Ryals, Eddie Ryals, Josh Ryals, and David Ryals.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the compassionate care of Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Mansfield, Louisiana.
