Deborah Lynn Weaver

Deborah Lynn Weaver, 67 of Leetonia, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly Monday, August 11, 2025 at Parkside Health Care Center in Columbiana, Ohio.

Debbie was born April 7, 1958 in Pontiac, Michigan to Charles and Barbara (Chapin) White. Her family moved to Lodi, Ohio in 1972, graduating from Cloverleaf High School in 1976, where she participated on the gymnastics team. Debbie married Howard "Turp" Weaver on December 24, 1982 at the Lodi Town Hall with Mayor Dale Hastings officiating the ceremony. Ten years later, they renewed their vows in her home state of Michigan.

She and Turp have resided in Leetonia the past 10 years, where she was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles #1496. Debbie was a fun-loving individual, who was very spiritual and caring. She was always willing to help family and friends that were in need, and she treasured her family immensely.

In addition to her husband, Turp, Debbie is survived by her daughter, Danielle Weaver; granddaughter, Kendra Boyer; mother, Barbara White (Thomas Northey); brothers, Charles "Chuck" (Nikki) White and Joseph (Katelyn) White; as well as many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews that she adored and loved very much. She was preceded in death by her father, Charles White; sister, Mary Hurwitz; and beloved nephew, Taeler Hurwitz.

A Celebration of Debbie's Life will be held Saturday, August 23, 2025 at Fraternal Order of Eagles, 696 Lafayette Rd., Medina, Ohio. Remembrances and memories will begin at 1 p.m., followed by an Open House until 5 p.m.

If desired, the family suggests memorial contributions may be made to The American Cancer Society or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
