Debra Irene Bard, 72, of Mount Joy, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 30, 2025. Born in Patuxent River, MD, she was the daughter of Ina Margaret “Peggy” Kirkwood Wilt and the late Leland Benjamin Wilt. She was the loving wife of Robert E. Bard. Debra had a long impactful career in Drug and Alcohol Intervention and Prevention field and most recently was a supervisor for the Lancaster County Drug & Alcohol Commission. She was an active member of LCBC Church, Manheim. Deb loved giving back to her community and spending time with loved ones.
Surviving in addition to her mother and husband, is a daughter, Jessica, a son, Matthew, along with 3 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren, and a brother, David, companion of Veronica Dale, of Lititz. She was preceded in death by her siblings, Denise, Benjamin and Philip.
A Celebration of Life Service for Debra will be announced in the Spring. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may send contributions to, Compass Mark - Lancaster Office, 1891 Santa Barbara Drive, Suite 104, Lancaster, PA, 17601.
