Debra Faye (Brown) Capley, beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on September 19, 2025, at the age of 66. She was born on October 2, 1958, in Dallas, Texas, to J.C. and Erma Jean (Cantrell) Brown.

Debra lived a life filled with love, faith, and devotion to her family. A woman of deep Christian faith, she held her relationship with Jesus at the center of her life. Her love for her family was immeasurable, and she cherished every moment spent with them. Whether in quiet conversation, helping her children or grandchildren with life's challenges, or simply enjoying their company, Debra's heart was always devoted to those she loved.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Erma Jean Cox and J.C. Brown, and her brother, David Brown. Her loss is felt deeply by all who knew her, but her legacy of love, kindness, and unwavering faith will remain in the hearts of her family and friends forever.

Debra is survived by her children: Renee Jones, Charles Jones Jr., Brian Peek, and Jennifer Foshee. She also leaves behind her cherished grandchildren: Kayla Gutierrez, Jason Jones, Ellie Jones, Tucker Jones, Sammy Hailey, and Nolan Hailey, as well as her great-grandson, Baylan Gutierrez. She is also survived by her sister, Sheila Fox; her brothers, Randy Brown and J.C. Brown Jr.; along with a host of extended family members and beloved friends.

Family and friends are invited to gather and celebrate Debra's life during a visitation on Monday, September 22, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Lynch Funeral Home in Caddo Mills, Texas.

A funeral service will be held in Debra's honor at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at Lynch Funeral Home Chapel, Caddo Mills, Texas.
Following the service, interment will take place at the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Caddo Mills, Texas.

Debra's family and friends will remember her for her strength, her love, and her enduring faith. She will be deeply missed, but her spirit will continue to shine through the lives of those she touched. Rest in peace, Debra. You are loved beyond measure.
