Debra Cross

Debra Ann Cross, age 70, of O'Fallon, Missouri went to be with the Lord on Saturday, June 10, 2023 with her children by her side. Born on September 13, 1952, she was the beloved daughter of Edward and Virginia Ramshaw (need Sullivan). She was preceded in death by her Mother, Virginia Francis Ramshaw; Father, Edward Phillip Ramshaw; loving Husband, James A. Cross; and Mother-In-Law, Arline Cross.
Debra is survived by her daughter, Kelly Katherine (Patrick) Longo; son, James Edward Cross; five grandchildren, Patrick Longo, Rylie Longo, Raigan Longo, Quinn Longo, Killian Longo; and a host of other family members.
Above all else, Debbie loved her family. This was evident in everything she did, whether it was celebrating Christmas, birthdays, or just a being together on a regular Tuesday, she always made it special. She could be found cheering on her grandkids at their various sports games, matching perfectly with the team's colors. She was a trivia buff, who enjoyed crafting, solving puzzles, playing games, quoting movies, and playing the lottery.
Everyone who knew Debbie loved her because of her kind and thoughtful nature. She was a social butterfly who took specialized in learning names and ensuring everyone felt included. She always had a funny joke, or silly pun to make others smile.
Visitation will be from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Sunday, June 25, 2023 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Saint Peters Chapel, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, Missouri 63376. A second visitation will take place from 9:30 until 10:30 am with a funeral ceremony to follow at 10:30 am on Monday, June 26, 2023 at Newcomer. Interment to follow at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
