Debra was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Ray Hatfield, Jr.; her parents, Ralph and Adell Parker; her brother, RJ Parker; her daughter, Carly Angelica Mills; and granddaughter, Savannah Dawn White.
She is survived by her three daughters, Jackie O'Toole (Tim) of Richlands, Natasha Mills of Richlands, and Nicole Salituri (Frank) of Rocky Point; her beloved grandsons, Eric and Colin; her brother, Wayne Parker (Becky) of Randleman; her dearest Aunt Athel; her daughter's father, Randy Mills; her daughter's grandmother, Hilma Mills; and many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends who she considered family.
The family will receive guests after the service at 460 Barbee Road, Richlands, NC 28574.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to Lower Cape Fear Hospice Care.
