Schertz Funeral Home and Crematory - SchertzDebra J. Antes Lamport 62, died unexpectedly August 25, 2025, at home. She was born on December 21, 1962, in Kenosha, WI, the daughter of Dale J. and Nina L. (Auge) Antes Debbie lived her childhood years in Kenosha, where she received her education. Debbie later moved to Texas in 1997 where she met the love of her life Sam Lamport. They were married on January 9, 1999. Sam died on April 19, 2022, after 25 years together. After spending a few years in Florida, Debbie and Sam returned to Texas where they enjoyed riding motorcycles and spending time with their dogs.
Survivors include her siblings, Terry (Gary) Smith of Kenosha, WI, Rick (Robin) Antes of Panama City, FL, John (Lori) Antes of Anderson, TX and Gina (Dennis) Mordja of Salem, WI. Sisters in law LeeAnna Lamport of TX and Julienne Antes of MN. In addition to her parents and husband, Debbie was preceded in death by her brothers Wayne, Dale and brother-in-law Frank Lamport.
A Memorial Service for Debbie will be held at Schertz Funeral Home on Saturday, September 13, 2025 at 10:00 AM with a Visitation hour before starting at 9:00 AM.
