Debra K Manning, age 71, of Ft. Duchesne, passed away January 31, 2025, in Roosevelt, Utah.
She was born February 1, 1953, in Roosevelt, to Francis and Esther Patterson Wyasket. She married Jonathan Davis Manning in Ft. Duchesne.
Debra worked as a secretary for the Economic Development Department of the Ute Indian Tribe. She was a talented beadworker, and really liked to travel and attend Pow Wows, and be in the mountains. She loved her family and being with them.
Debra is survived by her husband, Jon, of Ft. Duchesne; sons, Mathias and Atreu Moya; siblings, Lillian, Ruth, Elston Wyasket, and half brothers, Floyd and Pat Wyasket.
She was preceded in death by her brothers, Paul & Gerald Wyasket, a sister, Carol Wyasket, and her parents.
Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, February 5, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at the Ft. Duchesne Cemetery. There will be a viewing that morning from 9-10:45 a.m. at the Hullinger Mortuary.
