DEBRA ANN MOORE age 47, loving mother of Courtney (Victor) Mireles, Kaitlin Moore, and Paige McNeal; wife of Charles McNeal for 30 years; cherished daughter of Donald Moore and the late Jo Ann (Kevin) Mecoli (nee Trost); dear niece of Patti Lombardo; beloved aunt, cousin, and friend of many, especially the Duncan’s; treasured companion to her dog Romeo.

Debra was born on June 15, 1976, in Euclid, Ohio and has remained a resident of Mentor and Lake County most of her life. She found peace and relaxation when staying in her camper at Holiday Camplands with Romeo. There she enjoyed being an active member of the Sportsman Committee, participating in the camp land’s activities, and simply driving her golfcart. Debbie also enjoyed painting rocks, attending cover bands and live music shows, listening to Creed, Rihanna, Panic at the Disco, and Michael Jackson, decorating her home, and planning events. She looked forward to every holiday and was always the one behind the camera making sure things were set up perfectly. Above all things, her family and daughters were the most important in her life. Debbie was fierce and fiery, which was evident in the way she protected her girls. On April 12, 2024, this vibrant, intelligent, funny, strong-willed, and generous soul passed away leaving the world a little less bright.

“Mom, you are the best mother that we could ever ask for.” – Love, your daughters
