Debra Kay Moore, born on June 27, 1967, in Laurel County, Kentucky, was a beloved wife, mother, sister, and friend. She was united in marriage to Ray Moore of London, Kentucky, who survives her. Debra is also survived by her two sons, Jason Ray Moore and his wife Samantha, and Jeremiah Lee Moore and his wife Maddie, all residing in London. Her brother, Harold Creech, and his wife Pam of Norwood, Ohio, along with her sisters, Anna Moore of London and Sue Stacy and her husband Carl of London, also mourn her passing. Debra was a proud grandmother to five grandchildren: Kylie Creech, Emma Moore, Luke Moore, Levi Moore, and Kennedy Moore.

Debra departed this life on September 6, 2025, at the age of 58.

A memorial service will be held in her honor at 5 pm on Saturday at the Bowling Funeral Home Chapel.

Family and friends are invited to gather at the funeral home starting at 3 pm until the service begins at 5 pm to pay their respects and celebrate the life of a remarkable woman who touched the hearts of many.

In lieu of flowers the family request that memorial donations be made to Bowling Funeral Home to help offset funeral expenses.
