Debra Lynn Moore, beloved wife, mother, and friend, passed away peacefully at home on February 25, 2026, after a courageous two year battle with ALS.
Born on April 12, 1959, in San Bernardino, California, she was the cherished daughter of Rosemarie and Lucius Moore, who preceded her in death.
She was also preceded in death by her children, Patricia Kirkpatrick, Mark Pace, Ben Pruiksma, and Kenny Stafford.
Deb's legacy lives on through those who loved her most.
She is survived by her husband, Randy Pace; her son, Will and his wife, Kami Pace; her son, Larry and his wife Kim Pace; her daughter, Jennifer Montiel and Javier Montiel; her son, Jet Pruiksma and his wife, Arielle Ildefonso; and her son, Lance Pace and Lacy Holman.
Her family was her greatest joy, and she carried each of them in her heart every day of her life.
Deb lived boldly and loved deeply. She enjoyed concerts, a perfectly cooked steak, and a crisp drink after a long day at her Horseshoe Café in Etna, Wyoming–a place where her warmth and humor made everyone feel at home. A devoted football fan, she rarely missed a game and cheered with unmatched enthusiasm week after week.
Those who knew Deb will remember her as strong, fearless, smart, sassy, and kind. She had a remarkable ability to lift others with her strength and compassion, touching countless hearts throughout her life. Her love as a mother, wife, and friend was unwavering, and her presence brought light to every room she entered.
Deb will be deeply missed, but her spirit, resilience, and love will continue to live on in the many lives she shaped.
A gathering will be held from 2-3:30 p.m. on Monday, March 2, 2026, at Wood Funeral Home, 963 S. Ammon Road, Ammon, ID.
