Survivors include her loving husband of 36 years, Mark Mouzes; one son, Brian Palmer (Amy) of Gallatin, TN; one daughter, Kimberly Kuprienko (Rick) of Stanford; one sister, Connie Soots (Ace) of Oregon; and five grandchildren, Preston, Samantha, Marcus, Madalynn and Spencer.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Gene and Oma West.
The funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. at Spurlin Funeral Home in Stanford, KY. Burial will follow at Buffalo Springs Cemetery.
