Debra was born in Macon, Georgia, to the late Lucian Lamar Black and the late Elizabeth Ratteree Black. She was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. Debra was a homemaker during her life.
She is survived by longtime friend, D.J. Jones of Cordele, Ga.; her children: Danny Parham Jr. and his wife Lesley of Vienna, Ga. and Lisa Parham Coffey of Cordele; her siblings: Randy Black and his wife Janice of Cartersville, Ga., Marty Black and his wife Angel of Cordele, Pam Black Dodd and her husband Scott of Cobb, Ga., and Jackie Black Wells and her husband Howard of Blairsville, Ga.; her grandchildren: Ashley Prickett, Sarah Prickett, Danielle Parham, Emily Coffey, and Amelia Coffey; and several nieces and nephews.
