Debra Willis Obituary

Debra Willis was born on December 22, 1967, in Fort Pierce, Florida, to the late John Henry Willis and Bessie Mae Washington Willis. She was a mother to six beloved children: Tavarus Young, Ladravous Willis, Dontavous Willis, Cierra Willis, Bryan Willis, and Sammy Johnson. Debra's love extended deeply to her grandchildren, each of whom she cherished dearly and held close to her heart.

Born and raised in Fort Pierce, Florida, Debra remained a devoted resident throughout her life and was educated in St. Lucie schools. Debra was the heartbeat of every gathering, the spark that turned ordinary moments into unforgettable memories. Her vibrant energy, infectious laughter, and boundless love made her the kind of person everyone gravitated toward. She wasn't just the life of the party-she was the soul of it.

To know Debra was to be embraced by warmth, joy, and a spirit that never dimmed. Her love for her family was fierce and unwavering; they were her greatest pride and her deepest joy. Whether she was dancing at gatherings, cheering the loudest at family events, she gave her whole heart to those she loved.

Her legacy lives on in the stories we share, the laughter she inspired, and the love she poured into every corner of her life. Though our hearts ache in her absence, we find comfort in knowing that her light will never fade-it lives on in each of us who were lucky enough to be part of her world.

Let to cherish her memories is also her sister Johnnie Mae and brothers Roger and Lorenzo and proceed in death by her father John Willis, her mother Bessie Mae Willis, sisters Linda, Bessie and Wanda Willis, and brothers Daryl and Leon Willis, and aunt Ollie Mae Ingram-Denmark.
