With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Debra Leigh Zierden, age 62, who left us on July 5, 2025, surrounded by love. A memorial gathering will be held on Friday, July 11, 2025, from 4-8 pm, at 9824 173rd Ave SE Becker, MN 55308.
Born on April 28, 1963, Debra lived a life full of warmth, laughter, and love. She found joy in the little things-sunshine on her face, casting a line on a quiet lake, cheering for her beloved Minnesota Vikings, and spending time with her kids and grandkids.
Debra had a passion for cooking and sewing, always crafting something delicious or heartfelt. She could often be found watching The Young and the Restless or tuning in to her favorite food shows, usually with a cozy blanket and a smile.
She was known for her generous heart, witty spirit, and unwavering love for her family. Her presence lit up every room, and her absence leaves a space that can never be filled.
She is survived by her loving mother, Diane Chirhart; her sister, Sandie Capps; brother, Michael Chirhart; and her devoted partner, Randy Bastien. She leaves behind her children, Cory (Lisa) Zierden, Kayla (Casey) Allar, and Kelsey (Mike) Struzyk; as well as seven adored grandchildren who were the light of her life.
Debra was preceded in death by her grandparents; father, Robert Rebischke, and nephew, Robert Schmit.
Her memory will live on in the countless lives she touched, the stories she told, and the love she so freely gave.
