Debrah Jean Winchester Kirby

Debrah Jean Winchester Kirby passed away peacefully on February 14, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Florence, South Carolina, to Elijah Winchester and Myrna Deal. Debrah was a cherished mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and dear friend whose kindness, strength, and love touched the lives of all who knew her.

Debrah shared a beautiful life with her high school sweetheart and husband of 47 years, Bruce Kirby. Together they built a family grounded in devotion and enduring love. Though Bruce preceded her in passing, the bond they shared remained a constant source of strength and comfort.

Creative at heart, Debrah found joy in expressing herself. She loved drawing, writing, making jewelry, doing her nails, singing, and filling her home and the hearts of those around her with warmth and melody. She had a gift for making others feel welcomed and cared for, and she found happiness in the simple moments spent with family and friends.

She leaves behind her daughter, Brandy Byerley (husband Chris), and her son, Wesley (wife Jessica). Her memory will be carried forward by her cherished grandchildren-Skyler, Ian, Madison, Eden, Evin, Kaitlyn, and Andrew-as well as many nieces, nephews, and loved ones who will deeply miss her. Her legacy lives on in the love she gave, the creativity she shared, and the many lives she helped shape.

Though she is no longer with us in person, Debrah's love and light remain with her family always.

A memorial service will be held on March 3, 2026 at 1pm. at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens located at 1901 County Road 25A Leesburg,
