Delbert is survived by his devoted wife, Rita Feltner Davidson of Manchester, Ky; his children, Jason Earls (Dianna) of Manchester, Ky, and Vergie Simmons (Anthony) of Barbourville, Ky; grandchildren Courtney, Megan, and Caleb; and great-grandchildren Jacob, Kayleana, and Amari Lynne. He also leaves behind his special niece, Melany Thacker, and special nephew, John Howard, along with a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great-great-nieces, and great-great-nephews.
Delbert was preceded in death by his parents, Millard Davidson and Louisa Lee Gibbons; siblings Harrison Frazier (Berta), Elmer (Lucy) Frazier, Dewey (Elly) Davidson, Alice (Tom) Lee, and Minta Howard; and his son, Brandon John.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, November 20th, 2025, at Britton Funeral Home, officiated by Samuel Judd and David Price. Visitation will begin at 12:00 PM the same day at Britton Funeral Home. Delbert will be laid to rest at Hounchell Bend Cemetery.
Delbert's memory will be cherished by all who knew him. His kindness, warmth, and love for his family will be remembered always.
