Delbert "Tiny" Steeley Jr.

Delbert "Tiny" Steeley Jr., age 67, passed away on December 24, 2025, at 6:59 p.m. in Washington, North Carolina. He was born on October 12, 1958, in North Carolina to the late Delbert Steeley and Ethel Ackiss Steeley.

Known to many by his nickname "Tiny," Delbert spent much of his working life as a truck driver. Through his years on the road, he was known for his strong work ethic, independence, and dedication to providing for his family. Truck driving was more than a job for Delbert; it was a way of life that reflected his perseverance and resilience.

Delbert will be remembered by those who knew him for his straightforward nature, quiet strength, and the many miles he traveled throughout his life. His presence will be missed by family, friends, and all who had the opportunity to know him.
