Delfin C Balili

Delfin Castro Balili, 77, passed away peacefully on October 24, 2025 in Old Bridge, New Jersey. Born on July 26, 1948, in Tagbilaran, Bohol, Philippines, Delfin's journey was marked by his unwavering faith, his love for music and dance, and his dedication to his family and community.
Delfin was a beloved husband to Nenita Sia-Balili, with whom he shared a lifetime of cherished moments. He was a devoted father to his children, Deanna, Denise, and Delfin who will carry forward his legacy of kindness and generosity. His memory will be cherished by his granddaughter, Cara Baylon, who brought immense joy to his later years.
He is additionally survived by his loving sisters, Genoveva Lustre, Eladieta Tusit, Amparo Castaneda, and Gloria Katz, who will miss his thoughtful conversations and warm presence. Delfin was preceded in death by his parents Eladio and Pancracia Balili, brother, Eladieto Balili, and sister, Aurora Balili with whom he is now reunited.
Delfin's life was a beautiful tapestry of the relationships he nurtured and the lives he touched. His memory will be cherished and kept alive by the countless stories of his humor, his intelligence, and his thoughtful nature. As we bid farewell to Delfin, we celebrate a life well-lived and a man well-loved. His spirit will continue to inspire and guide us, just as the stars continue to shine even after they have faded from view.
Visitation will be held at Old Bridge Funeral Home on October 31, 2025 between 4-8pm. Funeral service will be held at St. Ambrose Church in Old Bridge, NJ on November 1, 2025 at 10:30am. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Burial Park, Jamesburg, NJ.
