Della Keen Obituary
She was born on January 30, 1971, the daughter of the late Harlon and Ruth McGlothlin Blankenship. She graduated from Garden High School and attended ETSU. She enjoyed gardening, camping, and going to the beach and she loved the outdoors.
Survivors include her husband of 20 years, Andy G. Keen; sisters, Rebecca Sargent (William) and Kayla Taylor (Justin Boggs); brother, Shawn Brown (Deanna); nieces and nephews, Brynnlee Taylor, Bryce Taylor, Melodie Boggs, Casey Brown, Brittanie Brown, Brandy Brown; special nephew, Preston Gilbert; special claimed grandson, Nataum Gilbert.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, February 28, 2026, in the Owens Funeral Service Chapel with Minister Jeff Rose officiating.
