Delores Ouellette Obituary
Biddeford
Delores (Charette) Ouellette, 94, of Biddeford, passed away early Sunday morning on December 7, 2025, at home.
Delores was born and raised in Fort Kent as an only child. She was educated at Fort Kent Community High School. She later met and married Joseph Ouellette and together they raised five children. The family moved to Biddeford and lived there for over 45 years.
She worked for 24 years as an assembler at National Semiconductor, where she was known for her dedication, skill, and strong work ethic.
Delores was an avid reader. Any time her children had a reading assignment, she would take the opportunity to help them. She was also an accomplished knitter and had a talent for crocheting. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
Delores was predeceased by Joseph Ouellette and her son: Reynald Charette.
Delores is survived by her sons: Jimmy Ouellette, David Ouellette and wife Rita, Jeffery Ouellette and wife Debbie, and her daughter: Rachel Perkins and husband Harry. She is also survived by her grandchildren: Chris, Michelle, Jennifer, Michael, Jeffrey, Nicholas, Jessica, Kristy, and Vanessa, her great-grandchildren: Camille, Brady, Cheyanne, Leanna, Taylor, Madison, Xavier, Logan, Ava, Lucy, Darren, Dakota, Jack, Jolene, Ruby, and Ila, and great-great-grandchildren: Jackson and Bentley
A Graveside Service will take place at 11am Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at St. Joseph's Cemetery in Biddeford.
