Deloris Ann Adams, born on March 30, 1957, in Princeton, Kentucky, departed this life on September 10, 2025, at the Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. Her family and friends will remember her as a beloved mother and devoted homemaker whose kindness and compassion deeply touched the lives of those around her.
Deloris shared a wonderful 53 years of marriage with her husband, Norman Adams, in their home in Dawson Springs, Kentucky. Together, they created a family full of love and laughter. Deloris is survived by her two daughters, Melissa (Jason) Knight from Dawson Springs, Kentucky, and Kimberly (Ryan) Scott from Princeton, Kentucky, as well as her son, Keith (Candy) Adams; five cherished grandchildren: Shawn (Taylor) Wood, Hunter (Chelsea) Adams, Justin Knight, Taylor (Joseph) Baranowski, and Hailey Scott. Deloris is also survived by her dear sister, Linda Choate of Missouri, and four brothers, Ronnie Patterson, Kenny Patterson, Carol Patterson, and Stevie Patterson, all of Princeton, Kentucky.
Deloris was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Harry Patterson and Margie Tyrie Patterson, along with her late sister Kathy Patterson and brothers Bobby Patterson and Dickie Patterson, will forever hold a cherished place in the hearts of her family.
Visitation will be held on September 13, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Beshear Funeral Home, located at 201 N Main St, Dawson Springs, Kentucky, 42408. There will be a graveside service beginning at 2:00 PM at Rosedale Cemetery on Industrial Park Drive in Dawson Springs, Kentucky with Bro. Ryan Scott officiating.
Active pallbearers will be: Joe Baranowski, Justin Knight, Hunter Adams, Cordale Patterson, Kenny Patterson, and Shawn Wood. Hailey Scott and Taylor Baranowski will serve as honorary pallbearers.
